As outlined in the Waterwise Water Efficiency Strategy for the UK, we need to be communicating and working on water efficiency all year round.
Join us on the next training session in London for our Level 2 and 3 training on water efficiency:
- Level 2 – Water efficiency advice: Covers how to engage with customers and provide helpful advice, including water-saving tips, installing water-efficient products such as showerheads and water butts, and technical and financial figures and guidance.
- Level 3 – water efficiency retrofitting: Covers how to retrofit to make water-using equipment more water-efficient, ranging from offering DIY kits with water saving devices for taps, showers and toilets, to full home visits where devices are installed.
The training is suitable for staff ranging from senior management, to help get buy-in on water efficiency, those dealing with customers and vulnerable customers, and those undertaking individual home visits. We have trained staff from water companies and other organisations across the UK. A quote from our most recent training in Scotland is below:
“Just to note to thank you for delivering the recent training – the feedback from the advisors has been very positive and they are all very enthusiastic about encouraging our customers to use water wisely!” Project Manager, Energy Saving Trust
Following the training and successful completion of the examinations, you will be issued with a certificate of completion by Waterwise.
