Our specialty is evaluating water efficiency initiatives, including home visit programmes like Tap into Savings and engagement projects like Plug-It. Our most extensive research and evaluation programme is the Evidence Base, which analyses data from several water company-led retrofit projects in order to draw industry-wide conclusions.

Good evaluations help us determine what works and what doesn’t when it comes to increasing water efficiency, and reveal whether projects and campaigns deliver planned outcomes. We can help you plan, develop and deliver an efficient and effective evaluation of a project, campaign or other water efficiency initiative.

We carry out both formative evaluations, which happen throughout the life of a project and may yield information to improve project delivery, and summative evaluations, which look back at a finished project to determine whether expected outcomes were realised.
