Dani holds a BSc Hons in Psychology and an MSc in Environmental Psychology, both from the University of Surrey. Dani specialises in communications and behaviour change associated with water. She has direct experience of conducting, commissioning and analysing consumer surveys and focus groups. She developed the guidance for the UK water industry on the evaluation of domestic retrofit and communications projects. She is currently leading the Waterwise Evidence Base work for the UK government and water regulators and is advising a number of UK water companies and local authorities on the roll out of combined water efficiency retrofit and communications programmes for both domestic and business customers. Dani is involved in a range of projects, with a focus on the human side of water use.
Responsibilities: Dani is responsible for: managing and delivering quantitative and qualitative social research and evaluation activities, including surveys, focus groups, and water meter data analysis, as well as leading on the Water & People bulletin.
