Waterwise launch new citizen science project

16 May 2016

Waterwise are running a brand new project! It is called the Great British Water Watch (GBWW) and is a citizen science project run by Waterwise to gather data on household water use.

The Great British Water Watch (GBWW) project will be trialled in Earls Barton, Northamptonshire during the week of 13th-19th June 2016.

As a result, we need residents of Earls Barton to take part in the pilot of the Great Big Water Watch!

Members of the household will be citizen scientists collecting their own household’s water use data for 1 week (13th-19th June 2016) using different coloured water watch cards after which they will receive a free ‘Thank You’ pack for taking part!

If this pilot goes well then the aim is to then roll out the Great British Water Watch to a bigger geographical area and eventually the whole of Great Britain.
